When will I get my first issue of ARTnews?

Your first issue will arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we have received your order.

When can I expect to receive my issues each month?

ARTnews is published 11 times a year, monthly except for a combined double issue in Summer (July/August). Your issues should arrive by the 10th of the month, during the months ARTnews is published. For example, your March issue should arrive by March 10. If you do not receive an issue, or if it is damaged from the mail, please email us at ArtNewsWebcs@palmcoastd.com and we will send you a replacement.

When does my subscription expire?

Your subscription expiration date appears in the upper right hand corner of your ARTnews address label. In the upper left hand corner, directly above your name, is your unique subscriber number. Always refer to this number in any correspondence to us for the quickest service.

I'm moving. How do I change my address?

Refer to our Change of Address page on this website. You can also send address changes to ARTnews, P.O. Box 56590, Boulder, CO 80328-6590. Include your old mailing address (a copy of your mailing label is best) as well as your new mailing address. Please note that we print mailing labels about two months prior to the issue date, so leave plenty of time to notify us.

Why do I get invoices or renewal notices after I've already responded?

We make every effort to prevent this from happening. However, sometimes your response and our letters get crossed in the mail. If you receive a notice from us after you've already responded, simply ignore it. If you receive several notices, it is possible that we did not receive your response, and you should contact us at ArtNewsWebcs@palmcoastd.com.

Do you put my name on other mailing lists?

We make our subscriber names available to other reputable companies whose products and services we feel may interest you. Many of our subscribers find this a valuable and time-saving service. We strictly monitor use of our list. If you would prefer not to receive these mailings, just send us your label with instructions not to release your name or email us at ArtNewsWebcs@palmcoastd.com.

Can I get back issues of ARTnews?

Of course! Click here to search our inventory. Back issues are available for $7.00 per copy while supplies last. Add $2.50 per copy for shipping in the U.S. Add $7.00 per copy for shipping outside the U.S. To order back issues, use the forms on this website or simply send your check or credit card information and request to ARTnews Back Issues, 48 W. 38th Street, New York, NY 10018. Questions about back issue orders should be directed to info@artnews.com.
